Dr. Michael J. Sise has extensive national experience as an expert witness for both defense and plaintiff attorneys. He is the senior trauma and vascular surgeon and the immediate past Chief of the Medical Staff at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego. He attended the College of Holy Cross and the University of Rochester School of Medicine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society. Dr. Sise obtained his general surgery and vascular surgery training at Naval Medical Center, San Diego. He is board certified in surgery, vascular surgery, and surgical critical care. Point of care ultrasound (POCUS) is unique to the practice of emergency medicine. It is an ultrasound done by the provider at the patient's bedside. I was a consultant for FujiFilm Sonosite and know POCUS software, a.k.a. middleware, thoroughly. Additionally, this puts me in a unique position to help your client at any step of the POCUS process, from obtaining images to final documentation in their medical record and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).

Dr. Joshua Cornman-Homonoff is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging. During this time, he conducted research focused on the genetics of neural tube defects and received training on healthcare disparities.
