I am a full-time board-certified Emergency Medicine Pharmacist at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where I also serve as Clinical Professor in the UCSF School of Pharmacy and School of Medicine. I am a board-certified critical care pharmacist (BCCCP) with nearly 15 years of full-time clinical experience in emergency medicine and critical care. I currently practice as a full-time Emergency Medicine Pharmacist in a high-volume emergency department in North Carolina, providing direct bedside care to critically ill and injured patients. My advanced training includes a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency and a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy residency. Over my career, I have conducted numerous forensic medication chart reviews, assessed adverse drug events, and evaluated medication errors in complex emergency and critical care settings.
