I am a full-time board-certified Emergency Medicine Pharmacist at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where I also serve as Clinical Professor in the UCSF School of Pharmacy and School of Medicine. I provide bedside clinical care and didactic and experiential teaching to pharmacy and medical trainees. With over 30 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals such as JAMA Internal Medicine, Stroke, and Annals of Emergency Medicine, I bring deep expertise in medication safety and efficacy. I am also an author or editor of several medical textbooks and chapters and a frequent national and international lecturer, having delivered more than 50 invited presentations. My current case mix is approximately 50% plaintiff / 50% defense.
