Dr. Hilliard has served at the Florida Department of Health and held faculty appointments at the University of Florida. He is currently a tenured Associate Professor at Florida A&M University in the College of Pharmacy. He has authored several peer-reviewed publications related to pharmacology, toxicology, and the environmental impact of chemicals.
