Dr. Hutchings got her undergraduate degree at Columbia University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a major in Biology and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature. She then went on to earn her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine. She completed her Emergency Medicine training with Louisiana State University School of Medicine at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, and then completed a residency in Pediatrics at the Tulane School of Medicine.
