Dr. Boudreau is a native Oklahoman, but has spent the last 39 years in Texas, and now considers himself "a Texan". He attended Oklahoma Christian College, and graduated in 1979 Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology. He then moved to San Francisco to attend the California College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 1983 with a D.P.M. degree. Following his residency in Foot Surgery at the VAMC Waco, he established a successful private practice in Tyler Texas. He remained in Private Practice until 2008, when he joined the ETMC FirstPhysicians group, and later transitioned to UT Health Physicians Group. He has been Board Certified in Foot Surgery from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery since 1997, with current certification until 2027.
