Dr. Boudreau is a native Oklahoman, but has spent the last 39 years in Texas, and now considers himself "a Texan". He attended Oklahoma Christian College, and graduated in 1979 Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology. He then moved to San Francisco to attend the California College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 1983 with a D.P.M. degree. Following his residency in Foot Surgery at the VAMC Waco, he established a successful private practice in Tyler Texas. He remained in Private Practice until 2008, when he joined the ETMC FirstPhysicians group, and later transitioned to UT Health Physicians Group. He has been Board Certified in Foot Surgery from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery since 1997, with current certification until 2027. Dr. Boudreau has significant experience in foot surgery, especially in the areas of the Diabetic Foot (wound care, soft tissue and bone infection, amputations), Foot surgery complications, Foot Infections (both soft tissue and bone infections), Foot surgery procedures/reconstruction, Internal fixation placement and complications, and foreign body removal along with all soft tissue and osseous foot surgery procedures. He has provided Expert Witness services on over 45 cases, and has provided depositions 10 times over the last 5 years.
