Dr Samuel Kleinman is a double board certified forensic toxicologist; he is a Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Toxicology and a Toxicological Chemist certified by the National Registry of Certified Chemists. Dr Kleinman served as both the Deputy Bureau Chief and the Bureau Chief for the central forensic toxicology lab for the state of New Mexico. In this role he participated in more than 40 trials including state district court as well as federal court in New Mexico. He is an expert in laboratory accreditation and piloted the transition of the New Mexico lab towards ISO 17025 compliance. Dr Kleinman has expertise in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, impaired driving, sexual assault and blood alcohol interpretation.
