Dustin Daniel Flannery, DO, MSCE, is a board-certified neonatologist with more than a decade of clinical experience in neonatal-perinatal medicine and pediatrics. He practices in both Level III and Level IV academic neonatal intensive care units (NICUs), where he manages critically ill premature and term infants, attends high-risk deliveries, provides perinatal consultations, and cares for newborns in the well nursery setting.
