A qualified Walkway Auditor should also be knowledgeable in proper flooring applications and maintenance techniques in order to be able to assess walkway surfaces and propose appropriate remediation if walkway surface COF values are inappropriate for the location or are different levels desired by the facility manager or responsible person.
