Tavish Spargo is a board‑certified physician associate who has practiced plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford Health Care since 2019. After earning his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Southern California, he moved to the Bay Area and joined Stanford’s plastic surgery program. During his training he completed an intensive senior clerkship in trauma plastic surgery and worked for a prominent trauma/plastic surgery group in Pasadena. In his current role he supports several plastic surgeons and manages outpatient care for cosmetic and reconstructive patients. Since 2003, Dr. Zheng has practiced across a broad range of clinical environments, including academic medical centers, the Veterans Health Administration, community hospitals, and rural critical access hospitals. She is a board-certified emergency and urgent care physician who remains clinically active. Dr. Zheng has served as an expert witness in matters involving medical malpractice, health insurance reimbursement, and physician assistant and nurse practitioner supervision, and has provided deposition and trial testimony. Dr. Zheng is professor at three universities, including Medical Director of the Point Loma Nazarene University Physician Assistant Program.
