For the past 16 of those years Dr. Holliday has helped to enhance the nutrition care of the United States largest correctional system and has served as the Chief of Nutrition and Dietetics for the Federal Bureau of Prisons since 2013. In 2021, he was selected by the U.S. Surgeon General to serve as on the 10th ever Chief Dietitian Officer for the United States Public Health Service (USPHS).
