I am a medical director of national reference lab for small fiber neuropathy. I have interpreted over 50,000 small fiber skin biopsies as well as hundreds of conventional nerve and muscle biopsies. I am also one of a small number of experts in Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, joint hypermobility syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), dysautonomia, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and related disorders to include craniocervical instability (CCI) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak .
