I am an experienced general contractor and builder. I am currently licensed, bonded and insured and have been continuously since October of 1969. I have over 56 years experience in general building of residential, commercial and light industrial projects. I have 2 offices, one in the Puget Sound area of Seattle Washington and another in the Tri-cities area of eastern Washington. I currently exercise my skills as an expert witness in construction and plumbing defect cases that entail forensic investigation, cost estimating, report writing and litigation support. I am also a licensed master Journeyman plumber and plumbing contractor now retired with more than 46 years experience.
