Allison specializes in delivering customized in-house employment law and human resources training programs to companies of all sizes serving a variety of industries. She conducts workplace investigations in the areas of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, theft and other misconduct. Her expertise also includes delivering one-on-one sensitivity training to executives, managers and employees concerning harassment, discrimination, and disciplinary and/or behavioral issues, providing expert witness assistance, assessing the adequacy of workplace investigations, evaluating policies and procedures, conflict resolution. Allison is a nationally recognized and sought after speaker around the country on workplace investigations, employment law and human resources related topics. Allison West is a member of the State Bar of California and holds a SHRM-SCP certification (HR) and an AWI-CH certificate (AWI is the Association of Workplace Investigators, CH is a certificate holder in investigations). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and San Francisco Bar Association. Allison is a Charter and Sustaining Member of AWI and was a Board Member for four years. Allison also was an instructor at the AWI Investigation Training Institute.
