I am a board-certified fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon in my 39th year of practice. I am fellowship trained in Joint Reconstructive Surgery specializing in hip and knee replacements including partial knee replacement, anterior hip replacement and complex revision surgeries. I am participating in the Maintenance of Certification and am Board Certified through December 31, 2038. I am licensed in Indiana, Ohio, Washington state, South Dakota, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Oregon. I have an Expert Witness Certificate in Florida. I perform file reviews including medical necessity reviews and quality reviews, independent medical exams, and have been an expert witness in malpractice and personal injury cases. I also perform Disability Reviews and Medical necessity reviews for the Department of Labor. I am a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, AAOS, AAHKS, OTA and am on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Arthroplasty. I am an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery with the IU School of Medicine participating in the teaching of medical students and residents.
