Mosby is a Board Certified Registered Surgical First Assistant with over 45 years of operating room experience across multiple specialties, including general, vascular, orthopedic, spine, neurology, plastics, gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, and trauma surgery. He trained at Sea Isle Vocational Technical Center in Surgical Technology & Assisting and pursued additional nursing studies at Columbia State Community College and Excelsior College Online. Throughout his career, he has served in leading hospitals and surgical centers across Tennessee, including Baptist Hospital/Ascension St. Thomas Midtown, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, St. Thomas Hospital, and Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He consistently earned the trust of surgeons and colleagues for his precision, expertise, and dedication to safe patient care. He understands the flow of the surgical process from pre-op to intra-op and post-op. In addition to his clinical practice, he has been a mentor and trainer for surgical technologists and first assistants, helping to shape the next generation of OR professionals.
