Established Safer VRs to assist property managers and owners enhance safety and loss prevention in their property management businesses or individual properties and provides educational information and training, as well as consulting services in safety, fire prevention, and loss prevention, to vacation / short-term rental owners and property managers. Owned and managed vacation rental properties since 2003. In 2019, he co-founded Current Tides Vacation Rentals & Sales, LLC, with partners. The business professionally manages approximately 97 properties for owners in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, AL markets. He sold his ownership in the property management company, Current Tides Vacation Rentals and Sales, in October 2025. Established THR Management, LLC, which managed four HOA condominium properties on behalf of the HOA Board of Directors. He was the CEO and sold his interest in the partnership to his partners, exiting in October 2025.
