Additional Information

Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician | Expert Witness & Medical Case Review I am a board-certified emergency medicine physician (ABEM) with over 15 years of clinical experience practicing in both academic medical centers and community hospitals. My career has focused on the evaluation and management of high-acuity emergency department patients, with extensive experience in time-sensitive clinical decision-making across a broad range of medical and traumatic presentations. I earned my medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed my emergency medicine residency at Indiana University. I worked at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis until 2018 and then transitioned to a faculty position at Indiana University where I participated in teaching residents and medical students at the bedside in addition to working in a fast paced, high acuity tertiary care medical center. I have recently transitioned out of full time clinical medicine and currently do inpatient chart reviews for Cigna Healthcare. I still work several shifts a month between a few different facilities. I am willing to provide expert witness and medical case review services for both plaintiff and defense, including medical record review, standard of care analysis, causation assessment, and expert opinion reporting. I am committed to providing unbiased, objective, and well-supported opinions that are clearly communicated and legally relevant in a quick and efficient manner. I hold active medical licenses in Indiana, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina, Washington, DC, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Delaware, New Jersey, and Montana, and I am a participant in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC), allowing for expedited licensure in additional states as needed. I am willing to travel for case-related work, depositions, and testimony.
