I have nineteen years of service in law enforcement and have built a career grounded in leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to advancing professional standards. I currently serve as the Operations Captain for a mid‑sized law enforcement agency, where I oversee critical organizational functions and support the development, performance, and accountability of personnel across the department. Throughout my career, I have instructed hundreds of officers in Use of Force, relevant case law, agency policy and procedures, and the application of Title 42 Section 1983 as it relates to law enforcement liability. My expertise blends legal precision with practical, scenario‑based insight, and I take pride in being a trusted educator and subject‑matter authority.
