BIO: Rosalind Boyer-Cole The Pacific Northwest is considered home for Rosalind Boyer-Cole, DNP, RN, NE-C, and I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland. My clinical specialties include Critical Care, Trauma, and Emergency services. Following my professional experience in Critical Care, I obtained my Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia at St Joseph’s University and completed my training in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My passion for being a successful clinician and my special interest in Public and Community Health, as well as serving diverse and indigenous populations, have led me to multiple volunteer experiences in anesthesia and Public Health in Latin America, Europe, and African countries, where I have worked alongside students and other healthcare professionals. I am currently the founder of Legal Nurse Advocate Consultants, LLC, https://legalnurseadvocate.com/, which was established to collaborate with attorneys and provide clarity to medical malpractice cases. A desire to teach other health care professionals led me to pursue an additional master’s degree in nursing and complete my Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2023. I have previously held faculty positions as an Assistant Professor at the OHSU School of Nursing and Associate Professor at Warner Pacific University, where I taught students at the BSN pre-licensure clinical and academic levels. In addition, I have recently accepted a volunteer position as a child advocate with CASA, and I am a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. I reside in Beaverton, Oregon, and enjoy spending time with my family, hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and exploring the region's waterfalls. Thank you, Rosalind Boyer-Cole DNP, RN, NE-C
