Mr. Cormicle has over 25 years of experience in general contracting, construction management, and real estate development, as well as over 30 years of experience as a professional construction engineering and management educator. Larry’s expertise in general contracting and construction management includes project engineering, project superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, owner’s agent, and owner’s representative. Larry’s first-person experience brings insight and credibility to his professional opinions. Mr. Cormicle is an Emeritus (retired) Teaching Professor of Construction Engineering at Iowa State University. Mr. Cormicle has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management. Mr. Cormicle is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Iowa in the branch of Construction Engineering for over 40 years.
