I have 35 years of experience as a chiropractor and almost 25 years of experience as a chiropractic expert providing expert chiropractic peer reviews and forensic testimony. I am available for plaintiff or defense. I have testified hundreds of times in depositions and trials, and I provide thoughtful answers with a calm demeanor even under cross examination. I am very detail oriented and provide objective opinions based on all of the available information. My opinions are supported by many peer-reviewed references and well established evidenced based guidelines. As a Designated Doctor with the State of Texas, I am trained and certified to determine the compensable injuries, extent of injury, impairment ratings, and other issues that arise in the Workers Compensation system. I teach other chiropractors board required continuing education hours on proper record keeping, coding, ethics, jurisprudence, risk management, and board rules.
