I am a dentist with over twenty years of dental experience. I am an experienced dental witness, with a niche for dental correctional cases. I worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, as a commissioned dental officer, through the Public Health Service. I served over 5 years on the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners and over 4 years on the Council on Government affairs within the Arizona Dental Association. I have established and maintained a private practice since 2000, focusing on restorative adult treatment, and have partnership in a company treating VA patients with sleep apnea. I have a firm history in correctional settings, governmental rules and statutes, regulations and compliance; as well as in private practice. I have a proven track of analyzing and providing my expert opinion on over a dozen cases across various correctional jurisdictions. My expertise in case review and analysis has led to resolution of most case through fair settlements or summary judgments. I am known for clear and effective communication with the dental of legal concepts. I am detail-oriented, with honest case reviews; ensuring transparency and integrity in evaluations.
