I am a board-certified medical doctor with specialized training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, having earned my credentials from SUNY Upstate Medical University. In addition to my foundational training, I pursued and successfully completed fellowships in both Cytopathology and Hematopathology, further enhancing my expertise in these intricate subspecialties. Originally from Romania, I bring a unique international perspective to the medical field, enriched by diverse experiences and a strong foundation in healthcare. Since 2017, I have been actively practicing in the dynamic and ever-evolving field of pathology, where I currently serve as an attending pathologist and Assistant Professor at SUNY Upstate Medical University. My role allows me to combine patient care with academic responsibilities, contributing to the education of the next generation of medical professionals while staying at the forefront of diagnostic advancements.
