Mr. Ballinger is also a decorated veteran of the United States Army who holds over a dozen awards and certifications in aviation safety and risk management. Mr. Ballinger also has a deep knowledge of commercial trucking experience in both military and corporate transportation. Mr. Ballinger has over two million certifiable miles with no chargeable accidents as a CDL holder. Mr. Ballinger has been personally responsible for driver safety training with organizations that have more than 50 million annual miles as well as the COO for a national refrigerated carrier with responsibility and oversight of the safety and driver training program. In addition to his expertise in the transportation industry, Mr. Ballinger has developed risk mitigation programs for 150 companies and conducted over 25 risk assessments for transportation organizations. Mr. Ballinger has over 10,000 hours of experience as a field underwriter and claims investigator. He is regularly contacted by other industry professionals, including the NTSB, to consult on complex liability occurrences.
