Currently works in Houston, Tx as an outpatient neurologist, and double board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. Legal medicine is an integral part of his practice with participation in preparing medical expert opinions, depositions as well as independent medical examinations. Large array of patient types seen in an outpatient setting such as Traumatic Brain Injury, Ataxia, Auto Epilepsy, Nerve and Muscle disorders, Neurodegenerative Disorders, sleep disorder, Headache disorders, and ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes. Performing and interpretation of neurodiagnostic studies is part of Dr. Chachere's daily practice as well. Also, currently working as a sideline neurologist at a local high school for on field concussion care. Actively participates in local (Harris County Neurologic Society) and state (Texas Neurologic Society) neurologic societies to stay on the cusp of the field of neurology.
