With over 18 years of experience in the automotive and insurance industries, I specialize in auto damage claims management, estimation, appraisal, and collision repair procedures. Throughout my career, I have held key roles, including Internal Auto Damage Manager, Field Supervisor, Senior Adjuster, Collision Repair Estimator, Independent Appraiser, and Valuation Expert. I have trained and managed adjusters, supervisors, vendors, and repair technicians at both individual and divisional levels. I hold a B.A. in Business Management and am a certified adjuster/appraiser through IAAA, I-CAR, ASE, and New York State, along with an inactive NYS Property & Casualty Agent’s License. I am also a licensed independent appraiser in New York and Connecticut and a certified catastrophe adjuster.
