Timothy R. Andenmatten is the Founder and President of Greylock Placement Services, LLC, a forensic vocational expert witness and rehabilitation counseling firm. He holds a Master of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He carries dual national credentials from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist, along with the International Psychometric Evaluation Certification (IPEC) awarded by the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE). He is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and ABVE. With 20 years of specialized experience, Mr. Andenmatten provides vocational expert witness services across personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, long-term and short-term disability insurance, individual disability insurance (own-occupation and any-occupation), veterans' Total Disability Individual Unemployability (TDIU), Social Security disability, employment discrimination and ADA matters, and divorce-related earning capacity disputes. He is a U.S. Social Security Administration Vocational Expert, regularly testifying before SSA Administrative Law Judges in disability benefit adjudication hearings, and has been retained by both plaintiff and defense counsel in state and federal civil proceedings — providing deposition, hearing, and trial testimony nationwide. Mr. Andenmatten's forensic practice encompasses employability and loss of earnings capacity assessments, transferable skills analyses, own-occupation evaluations, occupational analyses, vocational evaluations, labor market access and placeability assessments, ADA and reasonable accommodation evaluations, and critical review and rebuttal of opposing vocational expert reports. He also conducts Pediatric Vocational Loss of Earnings Capacity Assessments, projecting future earning capacity for minor children whose vocational development has been impacted by catastrophic injury, birth trauma, or congenital condition — applying established forensic methodology to a population requiring specialized analytical frameworks. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Andenmatten provides contracted vocational rehabilitation consulting to workers' compensation and disability insurance carriers, including detailed own-occupation and transferable skills analyses, return-to-work planning, and job placement and development services for individuals with disabilities.
