Kourtney Layton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a Certified Life Care Planner and a Diplomate with the American Board of Vocational Experts. She is also a Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE). In addition to her private vocational rehabilitation and job placement practice, Ms. Layton teaches in the graduate program at Utah State University and is the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of LCP Builder, a cloud-based Life Care Planning software solution. In addition, Ms. Layton performs vocational analysis, life care planning and earning capacity assessment services in family law, Social Security, worker’s compensation, employment and personal injury settings.
