Dr. Daniel Womac is a New Orleans native and is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body as well as microsurgical and implant-based breast reconstruction. He has multiple active state licenses in Louisiana, Texas and Florida. Dr. Womac received the prestigious award of Early Acceptance into Tulane School of Medicine and graduated with a medical degree in 2007. He completed a general surgery internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. During that time, Dr. Womac spent a year doing a Plastic Surgery Research Fellowship on the physiology of microsurgical reconstruction using abdominal flaps. In 2013, Dr. Womac returned to New Orleans to complete a second residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Louisiana State University.
