I am a board certified emergency medicine physician, and since finishing my residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, have been practicing for 8 years. I currently hold licenses in 6 states, and have benefitted greatly from practicing in a wide array of environments. I was both medical and EMS director of a critical access hospital in Arizona for 4 years, where I regularly reviewed and critiqued cases and documentation within the hospital, as well as for surrounding hospitals and EMS.
