I am physician with 20 years' experience. I am board certified in internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and hospice and palliative care. I also have expertise in cannabis medicine. I taught geriatric fellows at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center for over a decade. I was also the medical director of a veteran's hospital SNF unit. At the VA, I was also chair of the "falls committee." In addition, I worked as a hospice and palliative care physician for a decade. Most recently I was a medical director at a geriatric value-based care clinic.
