Laura Ingegneri has over 30 years of experience in HR. During those 30+ years, she gained extensive knowledge in hiring practices, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace investigations, progressive discipline, terminations, performance management, and employee-related policies, procedures and handbooks. She has completed numerous sexual discrimination and harassment investigations and has extensive experience reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations to management relating to sexual discrimination and harassment allegations and investigations. Laura has three HR certifications: Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), Public Sector Human Resources Association's Senior Certified Professional (PSHRA-SCP), and Society for Human Resource Management's Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). These certifications require successful completion of exams and continuing recertification. Laura also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
