CONSTRUCTION
I entered the construction industry in the 1980s and worked my way through college framing buildings on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and Boston. I started my own construction company in 2001 that specialized in lead paint abatement, mold abatement, and single family/ multi-family remodeling. We performed over nearly 250 projects for clients spanning from New York to Maine. At the same time, I performed over 30 residential rehabilitations of single and multi-family properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
I currently hold a Massachusetts Unlimited Construction Supervisor's License (CS-113267)
ENGINEERING
As an engineering consultant I completed over 175 projects of all sizes, and I have created more than 500 PE- stamped deliverables. Several engineering projects included expert witness services.
