Dr. Janine McCartney is a Safety Engineer with designation as a Certified Safety Professional, Construction Safety and Health Technician. Dr. McCartney has held Management safety positions and a Safety Officer II position with OSHA Consultation. She worked for 11 years in the oil & gas industry and pipeline industry on large multi-state pipeline construction projects and as an exploration geologist (onshore and offshore).
