Mr. Zwick is an experienced licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor in Ohio regarding expert testimony, reports and consultation. He holds the degrees of Master of Science cum laude, and Bachelor of Science, from Case Western Reserve University in Systems Engineering, and in Civil Engineering, respectively. He now serves as the Chief Deputy Engineer of the Office of the Lorain County Engineer. He has also served as an expert witness for claims involving storm water management, underground infrastructure, site development, construction of pavements, land surveying and highway accidents.
