His consulting experience consists of modernization specifications, maintenance audits and maintenance contract development. He also served as a consultant to FEMA after Hurricane Katrina, providing damage assessment to over 350 flood and water damaged conveyances in New Orleans. He has assisted lawyers throughout the US in numerous litigation cases on behalf of both the plaintiff and the defendant for the past six years.
