Dr. James P. Little, MD, MBA, CIME, is a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with decades of experience in medico-legal evaluations, rehabilitation medicine, and electrodiagnostic testing.
Dr. Little graduated from Western Michigan University with honors in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in English. He completed medical school at Wayne State University in 1977, and he earned his MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1998.
Dr. Little is an Army veteran with several years duty as a Flight Surgeon followed by specialty training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Little has served as the Medical Director of rehabilitation hospitals in Tennessee and Kentucky for over 30 years while also maintaining an outpatient practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

He holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and completed a clinical fellowship in IONM at the University of Washington, where he currently serves as Associate Professor/Neurophysiologist in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.
