He analyzes incidents involving all types of vehicles and equipment- including cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, and off-highway vehicles. He uses state-of-the-art technology such as 3D laser scanning, drone surveying, EDR retrieval, simulations, photogrammetry, videogrammetry, and engineering animations.
Mr. Beloy's engineering career spans R&D in the automotive industry, accident analysis at multi-disciplinary forensic engineering firms, and vehicle design evaluations for major motorcycle and ATV manufacturers. He has researched vehicle stability, controls, electronic aids, engine and drivetrain failures, and overall vehicle design. He has consulted manufacturers on product design and the US Border Patrol on ATV safety. He is a former motorcycle racer with more than 25 years of experience with vehicle repairs and tuning.
