Stephen Milam, PharmD, BCEMP, BCCCP is a dual board-certified clinical pharmacy specialist with more than 15 years of specialized practice at the intersection of emergency medicine and critical care. He currently serves as Emergency Medicine & Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia, where he provides direct patient care in both the Emergency Department and ICU. Dr. Milam holds Board Certifications in both Critical Care Pharmacy (BCCCP) and Emergency Medicine Pharmacy (BCEMP) from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties — a combination held by very few pharmacists nationally.
