Qualifications:
Marcus Marino is a registered and licensed architect in the State of California since 2019, and the State of New York since 1981. He is a Nationally Certified licensed registered architect with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He also serves at the pleasure of the State of California’s Office of Emergency Services on the Safety Assessment Program, to assist in analyzing the conditions of structures damaged in multiple types of emergencies, such as fires, earthquakes, floods, etc.
In addition to his architectural practice, he has been a developer of multiple successful residential properties, He has also acted as construction manager on several projects.
