I joined Group Nine Risk Consulting following a long and successful federal law enforcement career that spanned over 25 years. I retired as an FBI supervisory Special Agent in June 2019. I am board-certified in physical security, having earned the Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification through ASIS International. The PSP certification demonstrates one’s knowledge and experience in threat assessment and risk analysis; integrated physical security systems; and the appropriate identification, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of security measures. Charlie is the founding partner of Group Nine Risk Consulting, a firm specializing in security risk management, forensic consulting, and security training. He founded Group Nine Risk Consulting following a long and successful military and federal law enforcement career that spanned nearly 30 years. Charlie was employed by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) for 25 years, retiring as a Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal in January 2022.
