Dr. David Williams, PE (CO, AZ, CA, LA, MO, NM, TX, HI, MS, OR, WA) has over 45 years of experience in the water resources industry and is known for his contributions to the industry. He is also a recognized expert in sedimentation engineering and in developing innovative solutions to difficult hydraulic and hydrologic design problems in rivers and estuaries.
