Nationwide experience as hydrologist, environmental engineer, and civil engineer, including for FOG/grease trap, design, contamination, pollution, sinkhole, grading, hydraulics, pumping, water quality, storm sewer, drinking water, water distribution, water treatment, dam, regulations, Standard of Care, waste management, erosion, soil, air quality, water main, detention, hazardous waste, spill, sedimentation, wetland, floodplain, toxicity, remediation, health and safety, modeling, odor, combined sewer, overflow, aquifer, hydraulic fracturing, hydroplaning, and metering. Forensic cases for Mr. Dutill have comprised federal and state courts. As indicated in feedback from attorneys on expert witness cases, some of the strengths of Mr. Dutill include understandable guidance, responsiveness, timeliness, communication, effective report writing, strong testimony (including on cross), efficiency, organization, and assistance with framing case issues.
