HARVARD- AND YALE-EDUCATED | UCSF- AND STANFORD-TRAINED | FORMER CLEVELAND CLINIC FLORIDA CHAIRMAN | DOUBLE BOARD-CERTIFIED David Greene, M.D., graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University and earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine, where he also conducted research at the National Institutes of Health. He completed his residency and chief residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University. Dr. Greene subsequently joined Cleveland Clinic Florida, where he advanced to become Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology. He later founded the Florida Sinus Institute, where he continues to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. Dr. Greene is double board-certified in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a contributing author to multiple medical textbooks, has authored more than 40 scholarly publications, and has delivered more than 180 lectures. He founded and directed the Cleveland Clinic Florida Otolaryngology Symposium for eight years and has taught at numerous national and international otolaryngology courses. His clinical and surgical career began in 1993, providing him with more than 30 years of experience in patient care and surgery. Dr. Greene is an experienced expert witness who has consulted extensively in both defense and plaintiff matters. His experience includes medical-record review, independent medical examinations, disability and impairment evaluations, causation analysis, forensic audiologic and vestibular assessment, depositions, and trial testimony. He brings more than 30 years of clinical, surgical, academic, research, and scientific experience to the objective evaluation of each case.
