Zachary R. Henrichs, M.S., P.E., DFE is a licensed professional engineer serving Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Wyoming. He has conducted numerous forensic engineering investigations, including civil cases involving personal injury and property damages. His experience in litigation support has encompassed claims arising from premises liability and construction defects. Mr. Henrichs has served as an expert witness and provided testimony for both plaintiff and defense counsels in matters of civil and geotechnical engineering. Mr. Henrichs has conducted investigations for cases involving pavement performance, pedestrian and vehicular traffic safety, soil stability, slope failure, sinkholes, frost-heave, unsuitable subgrade, inadequate grading and drainage, moisture intrusion, irrigation canal failure, stormwater management, utility damage, directional drilling/boring, underground pipe failures, slip-and-falls (snow and ice accumulation or mitigation), trip-and-falls, workplace safety incidents, foundation failures, retaining wall collapse (timber, boulder, block, etc.), ADA compliance, means-of-egress, and more.
