Dr. Davidson has nearly 30 years practice in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He specializes in minimally invasive approaches for sports medicine, knee, shoulder, hand, wrist, Carpal tunnel, elbow, and ankle arthroscopy, in addition to minimally invasive total joint replacement in the knee and shoulder. As a former collegiate athlete, he has extensive experience in taking care of collegiate and high school athletes as well as occupational athletes in the Worker's Compensation space. He did his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University, followed by medical school at Duke University school of medicine and Orthopedic residency at Duke University. He is board certified (American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons) in orthopedics and sports medicine. He gained valuable experience and caring for patients and athletes using this expertise in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He has taken years of trauma call and has extensive experience with operative and non-operative fracture care. He was in private practice and has more than 20 years of experience, owning, operating, managing a multi specialty surgery center. He emphasizes a simple, honest, straightforward approach to informing his patients, families, legal teams, and juries concerning the intricacies of medical care involving orthopedic surgery, Pain Management, sports medicine, biologics, free hand and ultrasound guided injections, and non-operative injury/disease care. Dr. Davidson has specialty training in diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound guided injections. He has been involved in training at the resident, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, and athletic trainer levels and has 27 years of sideline coverage at a local university. He performs file reviews, independent examinations, merit reviews, private consultations, deposition and court testimony in a timely and easy to understand fashion. He is available for priority scheduling as well as travel within the state of Ohio and throughout the U.S. if necessary.
