Dr. Tara Bath is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®) with over 15 years of active clinical practice in Virginia. She provides impartial, evidence-based opinions for both plaintiff and defense on matters involving chiropractic standard of care, medical necessity, causation, and clinical documentation. Dr. Bath holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, providing a strong scientific foundation for her clinical analysis and written opinions. Her postgraduate training includes AMA Guides 6th Edition impairment rating, medical acupuncture, and sports orthopedics. She is qualified to address a broad range of musculoskeletal injury cases including spinal trauma, soft tissue injury, disc injury, and whiplash. She has served as adjunct faculty teaching Anatomy & Physiology at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, and holds an ergonomics certification (AOEAS®) relevant to workplace injury cases. Dr. Bath is available for medical record review, peer review, and expert witness consultation. She is not available for in-person independent medical examinations (IME).
