I have had many years of expert witness experience, including case merit evaluations, and was the sole plaintiff expert on a dental related wrongful death case that returned a verdict award of 3.4 million dollars, the lagest award in dental malpractice history to that date, to my knowledge. I have done expert witness work in California, Nevada and Arizona and served as an IME in Hawaii.
